Celebrating the power of neurodiversity and neuroinclusion

Neurodiversity describes the natural variations in how we think, learn and process information, encompassing differences like autism, ADHD and dyslexia. While approximately 1 in 7 people in the UK are neurodivergent, many environments -particularly workplaces - are not yet designed to support these diverse cognitive styles.

To bridge this gap, Neurodiversity Celebration Week was founded in 2018. This global initiative challenges stereotypes and encourages schools, universities and organisations to move beyond awareness. By recognising the unique strengths and fresh perspectives of neurodivergent individuals, the week aims to create truly inclusive cultures that empower every person to thrive.
